Just bought my third bike from them, a Cannondale Quick 2, and they gave me a good part exchange on my old one. They called me on a Saturday, fitted new tires(marathon plus), took the pedals off the old one and the mudguards, and did it all quikcly. I also bought bottle cages and bottles and got the lot for a really good price..I will keep going back as the staff are nice, knowledgeable and keen to help. They price matched the new one too, and I am extremely happy! Keep up the good work...

I had problems with my disc brake on my mountain bike and had tried Halfords and Evans to get it fixed, and they couldn't fix it. It seemed too confusing for them.
Tried Edwardes and they fixed it beautifully - the brakes are now excellent. The price was also good.

So top marks for them 10/10.

I've been coming to Edwardes for about 35 years and do so even though I've moved quite a distance away. I've had about 7-8 bikes from them and they have maintained them for me. They are always helpful, practical and pleasant, and offer good value service.

Thanks for the help with respraying my MKM frame and for all the advice with rebuilding . Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Mike K
