i took a two week old whyte 905 2022 £1950 worth riden twice brand new.
i asked for a bottom bracket to be fitted crane creek and a set of sram gx cracks fitted up grades
i return to a bag of parts. i was told they had never seen nothing like that and didant have
tools for the job with my pedals and cracks removed in a bag from my bike and was told you
wanted them removed when i ask them to refit how i gave it to them . you wanted it out i was told.
no i asked for new parts to be fitted . which i provided.
the so called mechanic picked my new bike up off the ruff concrete floor and banged my bike frame
on the wall . i asked him to be cafull then he draged my bike by the handel bars across the floor
with no wheels fitted and l i asked to be carefull .
i was told to wait out side the shop very rude staff that shouldant be aloud to touch any ones bike .
They put to deep scratched on the bottom of my frame and pike fork.

i had a pair of brand new wheels that needed truing. called the shop was given a quote of £14.00 for the pair and the job would take 30 min. next day left the wheels in the shop together with ring crown that needed fitted in the forks. was assured that the job would be done within one hour, but obviously it didn't; i had to call 2 hours later to find that they have been done and the price was £24.00. the shop mechanic insisted that the axle was 'loose' hence the jump in price. i insisted that i should have been asked whether i wanted them to go ahead with truing if the price would be higher. i found them rude and not helpful. not only will i not use them again, but would strongly discourage all my colleagues where i work not to use it. well done cycleman at 87a in Ashford!!!
