I called in today for advice on how to attach a complicated 4mm elastic wire to a clip for some Physio equipment. They were very patient and offered alternatives and even demonstrated on how to tie some complicated knots and allowed me to video them doing it (twice). I can’t praise these guys enough. So helpful and I’m so grateful.
