Shalimar Books (formerly Soma Books) is a special book, craft and fine art shop. They have an extensive range of books on fascinating subjects, from history and politics to religion and health, it's wonderful just to browse and be inspired! They also have a great children's section with a strong multicultural focus. Shalimar also has an amazing range of fair-trade folk craft from India, some beautiful one off pieces, really unique gifts for loved ones. I highly recommend visiting, there is something for everyone!
