These people were all nice when it came to purchasing my item. Once the full payment was made they started messing around with my orders.
1st day i went and my blouse was huge it was not my fitting. They kept saying it’s “perfect”. I told them to fix this and asked when is my veil going to be delivered. They said next week.
2nd day i went for my veil and it was a dupptta. They kept saying it was a veil. The girl was smiling as she knew i was right. I started to shout and they said i will have my veil by 17th.
3rd day i went on the 10th my veil was not there and they said it will come the next day.
4th day i went to southall and the store was closed. The owner knew the store was going to be closed that why he said come tomorrow.
5th day i went and had a full blown argument with the owners as once again they messed up my veil and it was still a duppatta. They had to tailor it 3 times on the same day. We waited outside the store as the owners kept coming in and out of the store to check if i was there to close the store.
I placed my order 1st May 2023 and got everything 17th August 2023. Do not go to this store everyone is rude and they do not care about you.

I called up on the 2nd week of May and they still promised me end of May.
I then went on my stag. Came back and went a week AFTER they advised it would be in, only to be told that it's not ready and to come back on Monday.
After kicking off a bit, they magically made one appear which was tight af and tried to Palm off as brand new but it had threads coming out left right and centre. As well as this , had stains of all sorts everywhere.
Giving them til Monday 13th June to deliver. If not, money back
Definitely do not recommend this place.

At NO POINT did the shop owner or staff ACKNOWLEDGE or APOLOGISED for their UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOURS, supply of INCORRECT and ILLFITTING BRIDAL OUTFITS, or any UPSET and INCONVINIECE they had caused.
They were EXTREMELY RUDE the entire day, even after packing the outfits and they went on to have one final POWER PLAY by REFUSING TO HAND THE BAGS OVER even though the order was PAID IN FULL and receipts cleared.
No bride should have to go through this horrifying experience, so please BE WARNED.
THEY SWEET TALK WHEN THEY WANT THE MONEY AND TREAT YOU LIKE A NOBODY WHEN IT COMES TO FITTINGS/ALTERNATION AND HANDOVER.

I placed an order for my Bridal lengha and my reception dress, both arrived LATE, one in the WRONG COLOUR, both too BIG, too LONG and had CHEAP LOOKING tassel details. After an hour of me trying the outfits on and explaining these points, they agreed to make SOME alterations, and asked me to return in TWO WEEKS time.
I returned THREE WEEKS later - NOT A SINGLE ALTERATION was done. I had THREE women SHOUT at me, telling me it was fine. Only after seeing that my DISTRESSING situation was turning potential new customers away did the shop owner step in and instruct the tailor to make some adjustments.
I was asked to return FOUR HOURS later. To my HORROR the bridal lengha was CUT FAR TOO SHORT, the waistband COMPLETELY TAKEN OFF, the blouse still TOO BIG and BAGGY. Reception outfit still LONG.

I showed the shop guy my reciept as the inage was drawn on the receipt i showed the shop guy the oroginal and the reciept nor did i get an apology or even a reply!
I paid for this outfit in full upfront which i really regret! customer service was horrific! Save your time and money and shop somewhere else
