I had a terrible experience at Omega, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone shopping for Indian wedding clothes. After paying the full amount upfront for my outfit, the service completely deteriorated. The staff, who were initially friendly, became rude and dismissive once they had my money. When I went to pick up my lehnga, it was in poor condition with loose threads, and beads falling off. When I pointed out these issues, the staff sales girl was unapologetic and even hostile, refusing to take any responsibility or offer a solution. I had to raise this issue to the owner. The owner of the shop is an elderly aged man who is polite but does no iterfer much. It is his daughter who sees everything who is extremely arrogant and rude. They made me feel like I was being unreasonable for expecting the clothes to be in proper condition. On my request they did try to cover up a few things but did not do much. I feel they just wanted to handover whatever they had without putting any effort to make the customer satisfied. This shop is extremely overpriced. Given the amount I paid, I expected much better quality and service. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere. Omega is unprofessional and clearly doesn't care about their customers once they've secured payment. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

These people were all nice when it came to purchasing my item. Once the full payment was made they started messing around with my orders.
1st day i went and my blouse was huge it was not my fitting. They kept saying it’s “perfect”. I told them to fix this and asked when is my veil going to be delivered. They said next week.

2nd day i went for my veil and it was a dupptta. They kept saying it was a veil. The girl was smiling as she knew i was right. I started to shout and they said i will have my veil by 17th.

3rd day i went on the 10th my veil was not there and they said it will come the next day.

4th day i went to southall and the store was closed. The owner knew the store was going to be closed that why he said come tomorrow.

5th day i went and had a full blown argument with the owners as once again they messed up my veil and it was still a duppatta. They had to tailor it 3 times on the same day. We waited outside the store as the owners kept coming in and out of the store to check if i was there to close the store.

I placed my order 1st May 2023 and got everything 17th August 2023. Do not go to this store everyone is rude and they do not care about you.

I went for My Nikkah dress 3 weeks before the date and i found a beautiful dress the Lady And the Man who was assisting were great, they were able to adjust the top part of the lengha the way i wanted took proper measuremennts and were always ready to give updates on the order. Fast forward today picked up the dress tried it on did some fittings and it was great perfectly made to order amazing service and great outfits would definately recommend

I put an order for my sherwani for my wedding in Feb. They promised me it'll be done by the end of May.
I called up on the 2nd week of May and they still promised me end of May.
I then went on my stag. Came back and went a week AFTER they advised it would be in, only to be told that it's not ready and to come back on Monday.
After kicking off a bit, they magically made one appear which was tight af and tried to Palm off as brand new but it had threads coming out left right and centre. As well as this , had stains of all sorts everywhere.

Giving them til Monday 13th June to deliver. If not, money back

Definitely do not recommend this place.

We ordered our daughter’s wedding day and walimah outfit. I can’t praise the young man enough as he went out of his way to ensure our daughter was satisfied with the outfits. The customer service and the quality of the dresses are both exceptional!

Amazing service from Mr Kapoor and the highly capable Sunny. We were severely let down with a wedding Sherwani by another provider in Southall and wandered into Omega store, disheartened and dismayed and somewhat distressed as we only had two week left before the wedding. Mr Kapoor and Sunny were reassuring and professional. We have now just collected our perfectly-fitting, gorgeous-looking Sherwani and al the extras we had made (matching shoes) to go with it. And we still have 5 days to go before the wedding. They have literally restored our faith in Southall! I personally would suggest coming straight here for your Sherwani and Bridal wear needs - other shops may just promise but these guys actually deliver on their word! #suchsatifiedcustomers ??????????

I would give this store a 1000 stars if I could! The girl that helped me Noorie she was amazing! From beginning to end she understood everything I wanted and delivered. Honestly I have no complaints love their stuff love their service and would 100% come back to them! Love you guys and thank you for making my experience amazing

Spent £1300 on my reception outfit. I was told they will make me a new one as the one I tried on was only a sample. And was not in great shape anyway. Item obviously arrived in time, jokes because they lied and and gave me the same sample. Once I got home I realized that it was same outfit which I tried in shop, i took it back. Before the denied, then when I showed them the proof as we had taken pictures when we tried, they became rude. A young girl in the shop was extremely rude and have no manners to talk to customers, whose money they take and don't deliver the service. Outfit was just shoved in a bag and when I complained about that too, they tried to fix the outfit and steam ironed it. Outfit still does not fit properly. At the time of purchase they told me they don't sell sample outfits and when afterwards I asked them to show me the sample then they told me it was sold.
Absolutely appalling customer service. Running a business by being untruthful and greedy. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Be wary of their T&Cs when you place an order. They do away with all responsibility but stating it's all non-refundable and the quality can vary. I received an item full of marks and stains, the stitching had all come undone, material totally different. The company refused to answer my calls or emails. The bank also stated that given these T&Cs, they wouldn't be able to help me. Total fraud, I'm don't know how this company can get away with charging so much for something of zero quality! I will be raising with trading standards.

Avoid at all costs. Very friendly when you purchase an item but after that be prepared to wait months past the expected arrival date and do not think you'll get what you pay for or any quality to the item! Honestly, this is a complete con I don't know how they are allowed to operate. Check google reviews too, I'm not alone in this. It's become so bad they've "closed" the google store (trading under "The Mall") to avoid the negative reputation!

Please save yourself from all the hassle and stress! I purchased a sewani for my wedding and they required full amount to be paid upfront. From there it all went downhill. It took over a year to provide me with a product, hours of chasing on the phone and multiple visits to the store. Every time the response was we will provide you it in the next week but it never happened. When it finally did arrive, the material and look was completely different. We asked for a refund but they were extremely rude and didn't care that they gave us something completely different to our order. We even had the images independently reviewed by another tailor who confirmed we had been conned. To top it all off, they said they would dry clean it given how dirty it was but then delivered the suit without doing so. I even asked him to wait while I inspect the item but he refused and drove off! I wouldn't even recommend this to my worst enemy.

Personally I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone! extremely helpful staff, amazing customer service. I bought my wedding outfit from this store and the girl who helped me was amazing. When the outfit came I was so happy. They had done everything I wanted. Hands down one of the best stores in Southall. Will be visiting them very soon! Thank you Omega!

WOW! absolutely love this store! The staff is so helpful, and the outfits are stunning! I looked around green street, Birmingham, as well as every other store in Southall, but Omega, you guys have the best outfits, as well as the best customer service I have seen! Everyone is so kind and helpful really made me as a stressful bride feel happy and less stressed. Would highly recommend this store! Thank you Omega! I will be back!

Some stunning outfits that really can't be completed on prices

(Part 3) and spend almost EIGHT HOURS waiting for my outfits to be adjusted. The alteration service was APPAULING.

At NO POINT did the shop owner or staff ACKNOWLEDGE or APOLOGISED for their UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOURS, supply of INCORRECT and ILLFITTING BRIDAL OUTFITS, or any UPSET and INCONVINIECE they had caused.

They were EXTREMELY RUDE the entire day, even after packing the outfits and they went on to have one final POWER PLAY by REFUSING TO HAND THE BAGS OVER even though the order was PAID IN FULL and receipts cleared.

No bride should have to go through this horrifying experience, so please BE WARNED.

THEY SWEET TALK WHEN THEY WANT THE MONEY AND TREAT YOU LIKE A NOBODY WHEN IT COMES TO FITTINGS/ALTERNATION AND HANDOVER.

(Part 2) On the verge of tears at this stage, with only weeks to the wedding, and a RUNIED bridal lengha and not a single soul in the shop showing any attempt to try and salvage the outfit. It was left to my sister and I to desperately try and convince them to attached the waistband back on and attach hooks in certain places so that it looked somewhat modest and finished, all the while having to contend with RUDE COMMENTS from staff, DIRTY LOOKS everytime they walked by, and making out as if they were having to go out of their way to provide us with a product and service we had paid THOUSANDS OF POUNDS for. They did their upmost to CREATE A HOSTILE atmosphere and made me feel UNCOMFORTABLE for wanting what I paid for. Only one member of staff, youngest of the bunch, showed some empathy and was willing to help.

At this stage I had tried both outfits at least SEVEN TIMES, and was mentally and physically EXHAUSTED. I had camped at the shop for THREE HOURS since the first alteration

This has been THE WORST shopping experience. DO NOT BE FOOLED. As soon as the order is placed and the money is paid in FULL, they show NO CONSIDERATION towards you or the order.

I placed an order for my Bridal lengha and my reception dress, both arrived LATE, one in the WRONG COLOUR, both too BIG, too LONG and had CHEAP LOOKING tassel details. After an hour of me trying the outfits on and explaining these points, they agreed to make SOME alterations, and asked me to return in TWO WEEKS time.

I returned THREE WEEKS later - NOT A SINGLE ALTERATION was done. I had THREE women SHOUT at me, telling me it was fine. Only after seeing that my DISTRESSING situation was turning potential new customers away did the shop owner step in and instruct the tailor to make some adjustments.

I was asked to return FOUR HOURS later. To my HORROR the bridal lengha was CUT FAR TOO SHORT, the waistband COMPLETELY TAKEN OFF, the blouse still TOO BIG and BAGGY. Reception outfit still LONG.

They can improve on their after sale services. I bought a beautiful dress for around £380. They didn’t bargain instead said will do all the alterations free i agreed and trusted them. But to my surprise on the name of alterations they ruined my dress the lenght was cut uneven, dress fitting was disastrous. On my 2nd visit I requested for alterations again. After 2 weeks they packed my dress and handed over in such a haste that I had no choice but to go home and check. This time they didn’t bother to make alterations atall. These are fraud ppl who just do sweet talking. Once the money is in their kitty they don’t know you atall. Beware before u invest in expensive clothing in this shop.

0 stars if i could! I would NEVER recommend OMEGA BRIDALS to anyone! I ordered at 31 omega bridal in southall and boy my experience was the worst i have faced! Shopping here has given me nothing but stress which no bride or groom should face during their wedding preps. I ordered a custom made sherwani which I received 12weeks later and was not the same design as i had given them

I showed the shop guy my reciept as the inage was drawn on the receipt i showed the shop guy the oroginal and the reciept nor did i get an apology or even a reply!

I paid for this outfit in full upfront which i really regret! customer service was horrific! Save your time and money and shop somewhere else

I ordered my bridal lehnga from this shop and I was amazed by the service! Their designs are bespoke and they have a professional tailor who altered my bridal outfit on the same day, I didn’t even have to make another trip.. very friendly staff - would definitely recommend to all future brides
