I have been to Nu line on many occasions, and I must say that the staff are brilliant and efficient. If they dont have what your looking for they will suggest other options and help you with your inquiries.
As a decorator I particularly use the paint shop on a daily basis. There prices are very competitive, they keep good stock and you are getting valuable advice about new and existing products.
They also have a superb colour matching service which means i can match most brands colours at a far CHEAPER price with a superior paint (Dulux/Leyland).

If you can't find it go to Nu-Line if they have not got it they will get it, If they can't get it it is not made any more. stock includes pins to bolts, saws to ladders, glasspaper to flock, fuse to meters, taps to pipes.timber to cement. anything and everything for the builder. and diy.
