Trim Loft Conversions

Experienced teams of loft specialists, turning up on time, doing a high quality job and making a decent effort to clear up every day. Honestly priced with materials and tools arriving on time following the Covid lockdown. Trimloft were willing to accommodate any requests permissible within the building regulations.

Disappointing. Based on a recommendation. Msge left on website - rcvd an email asking for address - never heard back. Left another msge on website and not heard from anyone.

Trim lofts did our loft conversion starting mid of October and finished beginning of December. What can I say, fast turn around and quality wordsmanship. The value of the build was the best and no other contractors could beat/match it.

All of the trades men did outstanding jobs from the plumber, chippy, plaster and not to forget the guys who gutted and built the structure at the start. All of you got on well with us and even the dog! Make sure to give the team tea/coffee, as its always appreciated.

Communication was good, Paul was always contactable during the build and if he wasn't he would respond with text.

The team went above and beyond. On fire works night our dog demolished the kitchen door frame. This was replaced by Paul's chippy and was not added as an extra cost. Also our bannisters on the ground floor weren't building regulations compliant and this was also replaced.

All in all, we had a great experience with dealing and using Trim lofts and would highly recommend them if you are thinking of having any works done.

Paul does an amazing job of project managing, he set a target date for completion of 5weeks and met this with a few days to spare.

Before choosing Trimloft I got several quotes and this company came in cheapest.
No hard sell just an honest discussion with Paul.
The work started on the day and it was a swift process, as one trade left the next came in and all the craftsmen were just lovely, reliable,friendly and professional. The work was completed on time and within budget.
The finished loft is gorgeous, came in on price and is well finished.
What would I have done differently?
I would have pre-planned my layout so I'd have considered where sockets and lights went, but the guys were very flexible and their advice was sound.
Many of my friends have done their own conversions but not as quickly as Trimloft. They took about 5 weeks start to finish!!
PS if you want to use this company you'll need to book the job in quickly, they're busy, for good reason.

I have no hesitation in recommending Paul and the Trim Loft team. From start to finish with our Loft extension the whole project was very smooth. It really helped that they dealt with the whole process for us. Found them very professional and the finish was amazing.

I would definitely recommend using TLC! I have found they are a very professional outfit and I have used Paul and his teams on a number of jobs and have always been impressed with the standard of work they deliver. His men are all reliable and dedicated, which shows in the quality of service.
