Until I came across this company, my experience with the building trade has been frustrating and aggravating. A&D properties is a breath of fresh air compared to the other builders I have dealt with. They are friendly and helpful, respectful and cost effective. Even though there are cheaper companies, they are worth every penny!

A&D properties renovated my kitchen and painted my hall, dining and living room. They worked consistently until the job was complete in a totally professional manner which minimized the disruption that is inevitable with this sort of work. Michael was polite and attentive. The team was hard working and efficient providing a high standard of work.
