One of the best butchers in London - maybe the best! Absolutely top quality meat, and most of all great service and great advice. They have everything from oxtail to rabbit to guinea fowl supreme, all of it spankingly fresh or perfectly hung. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy tartare mince and they'll hand-cut it if you ask them to. Nothing's too much trouble for them and you can ask them for advice on cuts, cooking, anything - they're lovely and very knowledgeable without ever being snobby.
