The restaurant will be open all day, seven days a week, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, offering a selection of British and Mediterranean cuisine. The restaurant is very eco friendly, the restaurant’s interior walls are reclaimed timber, the table tops are made from reclaimed scaffolding boards, that are sourced locally; the menus are printed on recycled paper; some of the wines will come from Surrey vineyards and all light fittings will be energy-saving LEDs. Furthermore the fish will come from sustainable fisheries in Britain certified by the Marine Stewardship Council. Henry’s Kitchen is supporting local charity Princess Alice Hospice by donating 50p from a starter and 50p from a main course to the charity.
