After being abused by a member of staff at your Commercial Road, London coffee shop for trying to ask a question about using the toilet to change the babies nappy while our family were waiting to buy coffee, the lady faulsely said she was the manager when she was disgustinly rude and continued to bark over me without actually listening to what I was asking, I found out the manager is a man and was given a name, so decided to call the number provided for this store to make a complaint. The number provided even when calling 11pm at night or 6am in the morning is engaged, clearly it is there for decorative purpuse as why would a number for a coffee shop be engaged at those times outside working hours ????? badly run joke of a coffee shop.
