So is the time up for Costa on the roman road. Just seen an advert for it being for sale( obviously not as a franchisee) so the towerhamlets council gave a substantial grant to costa for it to open a branch on roman road andno rent and rates for three years. Now the rent and rate subsidy period ended and the shop is up for sale.
