Manager very rude. When asked about an offer for a coffee and cake combo, I was told that deal had ended. I then pointed to the window where the poster was displayed and said 'isn't that the deal?' The manager said 'yes, but I haven't taken it down. I will do that now.' I suggested that as it was advertised that perhaps he should honor the deal. He flatly refused and dismissed my suggestion saying that the computer would not allow him to do the deal. When I suggested doing a manager special, he again refused and asked 'do you want anything else?. As my friend was already seated I had no choice but to continue with my order and rush through my selection. Really poor customer service when it was his mistake.
