Costa

Staff members don't have a clue what they are doing iv been in a few times and iv been charged more for a drink then it says on the board.
Iv just been to get a coffee and they are closed already when it states on the door that they close at 8pm

I have visited today the costa coffee Calidonian road and it absolutely perfect test of the coffee and the lady who served me is such professional and kind person , what amazes me is she is working alone serving everyone thanks Elif you deserve five star

I always come here every morning after i take my daughter to school and i must say i really miss the service here the previous workers was always chatty and smiley even if they were busy. Unlike this morning and every theres always a long que i was served by these two young girls they looked very new i never seen them before one of them had ginger hair shes fairly tall and the other girl with a long brown pony tail. Both them had bad attidudes looked like they didnt want to be there too much eye rolling and sighing.
I know people are desprate to hire anyone but something needs to be change
These girls need proper training and need good attidude towards customers.

I am complaning with this costa. They need to do something as everytime we come here we get very bad coffee. They dont know how to make a nice coffeee. They need to change their workers as their coffee put me off.
