I have been going to EAT great eastern street for sometimes now and there service is fantastic, the consistency of the service is outstanding a lot better then the rest of the competition plus a get to play a dice game in the mornings where you can win a free coffee in that branch.

Used to be good. I like the stuff they sell in there. However I went there on Tuesday (9th of Nov) this week between 3 and 4pm just to get some snacks, the staff forgot to give me some cutleries for it so I went back and ask for it, but the stuff doesn't look happy at all in fact looks angry about me asking for some cutleries while she's washing/working on something else in the counter. So is that your company policy? Selling Banoffee Pie and etc without giving out any spoons etc. Plus a staff who doesn't even smile and rude to customer serving the till??

Next day, I went there again around 3.30-4pm. I was actually getting some drinks for my friend from work. And it was a Cold Drink called Maccha chiller something like that, but the same stuff that serve me yesterday told me no they don't do cold drink during this time, which is fare enough winters coming up and I thought i ask anyway just in case you still do it. However when I was on my way out, the staff said to me ' cold drink at this time ? are you mad ???' Has she got an issue or something? Seriouly, whoever the manager is in this branch, this staff of yours need a proper training and learn how to be polite to a customer.
