La Noisette

Expecting somewhere so close to a major tourist attraction (British Museum) to be relatively poor on service and food, La Noisette really turned my head today. The waitresses really went out of their way to be helpful, and we were recommended a fantastically fresh, home baked and not too sweet, pecan cake delight. There was no skimping on the pecans as many places can be accused of, and we all agreed it was delishious. La Noisette is tucked onto an attractive street close to the museum, I will certainly go again on my next visit. It has helped remind me the value of personable service!
