Oh yes, this place is a Godsend! I had trecked up here looking for the Golden Fish Bar I'd seen in 'London Caffs' book. When I finally found it, it was closed, being converted into Golden Fish Noodles. So here's me, Hank Marvin (starving), tired, cold, lost. Then I spy the Maya! Whats this, a choice of 6 different FULL English Breakfasts, inc. Tea or Coffee (very nice) AND TOAST, for only £5.50. I chose No. 2 (with chips) and what a welcome plateful that was. I couldn't manage all the toast, (sometimes I pocket this, to feed to the ducks etc later).
I will be going there again.

Had a lovely Mediterranean breakfast with a delicious generous 2 cups of coffee for about £8 including tip. I will definitely go there again. (They serve breakfast all day!) The staff is very friendly and the restaurant has a nice outdoor seating area. The place is located next-door to some interesting shops and more attractive cafes. Public bathroom was also clean :)

Stopped off here for breakfast yesterday morning & wholeheartedly recommend it! Excellent service, clean & friendly, decent size portions & a full english that's not swimming in grease. Enormous cups of good quality tea & even a paper to read all at a very reasonable price! The toilet was lovely & clean too with enough room to just about swing a cat!

I bought a takeaway Greek salad. If was served in a small styrofoam box usually associated with takeaway chips.
The box was so shallow that the dressing leaked out of it unless it was kept completely level.
The food was good but the value for money was terrible as it cost £4.75. May be better if eating in but not recommended for takeaway.
