My partner have used Velodro multiple times, for everything from full services to replacing pedals, hub overhauls to wheel replacement. They’ve even fixed a few DIY repairs we’ve botched without making us feel like idiots.
Staff always friendly and I’m always delighted at how fast they are. I took my bike in there to replace a wheel on Saturday and they had it done within an hour.
Prices are completely reasonable and during a service they texted me to check the price of individual replacement parts to make sure I was happy.
Would highly recommend.

Walked in on a Saturday to ask how much a certain repair job was. The staff told me £25, but told me I had to come back on Monday morning. Monday morning I return to the shop 5 minutes before the opening time and then had to wait for another 40 (!) minutes in the rain before one of the shop people actually arrived. When I mentioned that he's "slightly" late, he just snaps "yeah well, that happens, doesn't it" no excuse, nothing. I felt great having waited 40 minutes in the rain. This shop unprofessional, I couldn't recommend them for a satisfactory service...
