Remy's

I've been coming in here for about six months, maybe once a week for either breakfast or a sandwich for lunch. The coffee is out of a machine and isn't all that good, but the food is ok. Today, however, the manager (I assume he's the manager because the other guys are clearly intimidated by him) went absolutely ballistic with me when I called him "mate", inadvertently. Full on waving cutlery in my face and telling me "don't get funny with me" at 1.10 pm in a busy shop. That is genuinely poor customer service. I'm happy not to go there again. Suggested improvement - be nice.
