This Starbucks is the best place I've ever been. The staff are wonderful, friendly and intelligent. They make the best drinks I've ever seen and show such patience with the customers. My favourite barista is Elisa she makes the best drinks with the best smile. I would thoroughly recommend visiting.

Its very difficult to be constructive about this coffee shop. I visited recently and found the experience shambolic. It was a busy period but dirty tables took far too long to be cleared. The queue for the ladies toilet was a joke. Information passed down the waiting women that No toilet paper, No hand towels. Nothing was available. I lost my place in the queue to relay it to my patient husband, who informed a member of staff. NOTHING WAS DONE. The very worst Starbucks we have ever been to and we are regulars.
