I have been going there many times in the past. I have been back just recently, still as good as it used to be. Simple yet delicious at very affordable prices. Felice, the owner, will always offer a great service and a big smile. Highly recommended.

Absolutely delicious, authentic italian food. the place is always full of italians and the queue out of the door at lunch time speaks for itself.

We went in the early afternoon and experienced terrible service. :( Service was slow, and we were given about as much personal attention as we would have had we ordered through a drive-through machine. The girls behind the counter (whose hair dangled precariously close to the food) stared at us blankly as if they were mentally handicapped, and even after we’d ordered, no one moved to ring us up or even indicate that they had taken our order. Of course, when we announced that we were leaving, suddenly our food was already made and ready, and they were quite upset that our money was leaving with us. To which I say, your loss and one you brought on to yourself. Put your hair up, make some eye contact, and try actually acknowledging your patrons next time.

Probably the best sandwich shop in the Fitzrovia area. It's always full of Italians too, so you can tell it's good. Avoid going between 1 and 2pm though, queue goes right outside the door!
