Alba Caffe & Event Space is a charmingly independent spot within the historic arts space of Toynbee Studios, an oasis among busy Commercial Street. With large Victorian windows and peeling walls, it's filled with plants, and looks out onto a leafy courtyard where you can sit in summer.
