Caffe Saporito

Cafe Saporito is a great cafe. Run by Claudia and her mum, it has a lovely friendly but not overly atmosphere. Great food - hot or cold and very good coffee. Their new cupcake range is amazing - raspberry cream, lemon cheesecake or chocolate. Yum yum......

A real gem of a place amongst the mediocre tourist traps that surround Baker St.
Cafe Sap serves freshly prepared food and has a real buzz of community frequented by local residents, students and office workers. Their baked potatoes are great, cooked properly in a dedicated oven (nowhere near a microwave!) and then topped with any combination of savoury goodies. Salads all freshly prepared as you wait and most days there’s pasta and home made soup. Rolls and sandwiches too. A large seating area inside and a few tables on the pavement for those sunny days together with proper coffee, tea and even an orange squeezing machine for fresh juice means that Café Sap is a great place either for a quick lunch or for an extended afternoon sipping coffee and shooting the breeze.
