Gossip

This place amazed me from the moment I entered- such a tiny place with great music, very friendly people working there and a sense of that "real thing" going on.

Gossip is tiny but it seems that they are doing very well with this space. I had a latte- the barista took his time to make it look and taste great. I enjoyed their sandwich- not too expensive compared with similar cafes in the area. Then I noticed their range of teas- that was a surprise! From black, green, red, white, herbal and bark teas after 20 minutes of smelling the whole variety I chose bamboo leaves and enjoyed my pot sitting there very happily.

There were couple of moments in smiles and conversations that I know I live for. Real things and not promoted or designed or told to enjoy.

I have been looking everywhere for bamboo leaves and looks that I have to make a trip to Hackney to get them.

This cafe is definitely my kind of place.

pleasant cafe with wireless but don't come here for peace and quiet - the music in the backroom is pumped up loud, even first thing sunday morning :-(
