Costa

Visited today and ordered 2 iced mochas...definitely no chocolate in them at all. Raised this with person serving and she stated this was because there were 3 shots of coffee in the mocha...have ordered this previously and never tasted as bad as today...my daughter couldn't drink and left hers. Server here was very rude and has put us off visiting Costa again...definitely Starbucks for us -nicer staff and drinks!

To Management

We have visited Costa Southampton row branch London WC1, where we were treated rather poorly by manager which she seems have very little experience and knowledge as all as poor English Language, We complaint about our coffee which served cold and she seems very offensive and not being helpful.
Therefore we like to report to the management about our rather unpleasant experience,

It's a fine enough Costa, but so long as their wall sockets are busted, of not much use; i need somewhere to plug my laptop. Won't Be heading back until repaired.

Very poor service,very bad management.omg,worse place ever.guys u should change the maneger.

Now i being a beaver along with mrs beaver we go there often to relax read te papers and enjoy coffee, but i do get upset when the staff dont smile and look very glum about doing there job , also some people i wont name names hog the electric plug socket, the only one that works in bloody costa,
Whats that all about ? And the wi fi is crap no signal the further you go into costa, get it sorted ok , what the hell is going on in there ? Bbbbbbbaaaaaaabbbbbyyyyyy
