I came here last summer and met some really nice people. I've come back again this summer to find that the place has become snaller (they are no longer allowed to use the space on either side of the shop I think) but this has made the place very busy. This is no excuse however, for the appalling service in this place now. The manager iis clearly just concerned about squueezing as much money as possible from every customer; everyone is squashed together like animals, he forces people to order things they clearly don't want and made a feww people uncomfortable making them feel they had to leave. Overall this ttime round was an awful experience, topped of by the fact I was charged 10pounds for a pot of tea!!(Do they not know we're in a recession) I definitely won't be going back which is a shame since they people there are really nice. Can get much better quality shisha with hugely better service anywhere else.
