I have been a customer for years - I work nearby.
I have always had great value sandwiches that are packed full and a good price.
However, in the last couple of months the fillings have got less and less generous and today I was charge £4.70 for a chicken, bacon and avocado sandwich and crisps - and there was 4 thin slices of chicken. Appalling value - apparently the avocado and bacon and now extras in a chicken sandwich and that is why it cost more.
They have just lost a customer.
