Ordered Via Just Eat and they had left half of our order so I had contacted them and then phoned the store. I spoke to a member of staff, Alfie, he was so helpful! When we had ordered the second time to get the other half of the order we found some lovely cakes in the bag! Thank you Alfie :) 10/10

Been to many costas before but this was a new experience, great customer service with a smile and workers that actually engaged with their customers! A breath of fresh air!
