They can improve by learning some basic manners and etiquette!!! I asked the owner, very respectfully, if they gave their shishas out on rent for house gatherings.He said no,so I asked if he would be able to handle around 20 people coming to his place.At that point, without provocation, he started yelling and waving his arms saying he won't serve 'Me' and his answer is no. I was startled and told him this kind of behaviour is unnecessary and he is being disrespectful,to which he said that he's given me his answer and I should leave.I would not recommend the place to anyone with self respec
