BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
I ordered a birthday cake to be delivered 03/03/2023. On 03/03/2023, I received an eta from the courier that the cake will be delivered between 12:14 and 2:14 that day. After the cake did not arrive, I called the called the company at 2:45 after waiting in all day for the delivery. I spoke with [the manager],who apologised and informed me that the cake would not be delivered on 03/03/2023. He then assured me that the cake would be guaranteed delivery the following day before 10 am
It is after 10am the following day (04/03/2023) and I STILL have not received the cake. I now have no cake for my son"s birthday and am scrambling to find an replacement. If you have an important event, do NOT order from this company!!!!
