Useful Tips from AIL Users

Listen to their advice. They are great professionals and don't be impatient, the shop is busy for a reason, they are good at what they do at very low prices!

This is the second time I went, the service I received was very poor and unprofessional for the photo shoot. The team were unaware of what to do. I was charged for editing of the pictures which was not done. In addition when I went to collect the sales colleague had nothing ready for me to collect. Disgusting service and no manager to speak to. Never going there again

It's the second time I've been to this Snappy and it was a great experience once again!
First time I had a card made with a photo of my family. Debora used a beautiful template that she adjusted to my liking.
Second time I went there, I was in a rush to take some passport photos and became a bit of a pain really, as I didn't like any of my photos. I've waited 10 years to have a new picture on my passport and I just wanted to look nice.
Debora took about 10 photos of me, very patiently, made me feel more confident by saying how nice I looked and kept telling me that I was judging myself to hard. In the end I said that I wasn't going to take it so she said she would print them for me with no strings attached.
I still didn't like myself on the picture and decided to try a photo booth and she directed me to the Tesco across the road. She was so patient and so nice I ended up going back to snappy to purchase the passport photos after waisting my money on the photo boo

I went into Snappy Snaps to get my wedding invitations printed and thoroughly impressed with the service I received. Not only did they let me bring my own paper, they trimmed the invitations and ran a few trial runs to ensure they were spot on. I've heard this branch is under new management and highly recommend their services!
