Have had a really great experience at this store! Very friendly staff and prompt responses via the email. Needed an image printed and framed and it was all done within a short period of time! Highly recommend :)

Took passport photos here, they are suppose to send me digital copy to my email, but they never did, I emailed them and they said I need to go to their store again for them to verify which one is me. It's a total waste of time, not everyone lives near them and to go back to their shop again is a hassle, simple things like this should be done on the first day of photo-taking, but simple task they cannot fulfil, I don't know what else can they do.

I was looking to get a film developed and scanned in 1 hour. The price I pay at other central London stores (Jessops, other Snappy Snaps) is around 8 pounds. Here they were charging 10 for low, and 13 for medium res, which is quite expensive.
When I asked to see an example of the quality and size of these different types, he said 'how am I supposed to do that'?
I wouldn't have minded paying the inflated prices, if the service had been more helpful.
