Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff.
Never been adversely treated (female driver).
They have always taken the time and effort to explain what is wrong and why and how to alleviate suffering such problems in the future. Having used 5 local garages over the last 3 years, I keep going back to them as I consider them to be the best of all the ones I have tried and no sexism (unlike at least 3 of the others I have visited!)
They are reasonably priced and I never feel that they are finding work to do that doesn't exist.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
