Autocraft

I had already taken my aging VW Lupo here to fix a rear tailgate lock problem and was impressed by the level of service, so I decided to get it serviced here too.

It was a good decision. Autocraft did a very thorough job, not just an oil and filter change, but also highlighting other problem areas and checking with me first to make sure it was ok to proceed with the work.

They did all the work the same day and provided a comprehensive invoice which also noted minor problems to keep an eye on.

Even more impressive was the fact that a niggling problem with the clutch had disappeared after I took the car back. I had previously tried to get two other garages to fix this and they couldn't. I didn't even ask this guy and he found it and fixed it anyway!

He clearly knows his stuff and I will be coming here for everything to do with my car in future.

I'm A VW fan won't consider any other make currently I own a 51 reg Golf 1.6 SE and it is maintained and serviced by Sean Callan at Autocraft at 55 Hillreach London SE as was my previous car .. a Mark 2 Golf CL I admit to not knowing my big end from my elbow definitely not mechanically minded when my car is in for service or whatever I am confident of the high quality attention it will receive I have found Sean to be genuinely efficient helpful friendly honest and as reasonably priced as today's economic climate allows I have no hesitation in recommending him ......
