0 communication, have had to call up and chase them about 5 times. Was told a completion date which wasn't met meaning they have had my car for about 2 months with no work started. really disappointing

First experience extremely negative, less communicative, not picking telephone hours long. Repairs delayed. Putting off return of your vehicle, have enough excuses. Gather your experience if you think it will be better with you.
