Drayson Garage

Excellent service and quality work performed by a very experienced garage. I trust Drayson with my very expensive Porsche because they deal with all types of cars including the high end ones like Ferrari, Bentley, Aston. I am always pleased with the work carried out but I was even more pleased when I got to see and get a picture with Elle MacPherson who also takes her car there, really made my day and apparently Drayson Garage accommodate a number of celebs.

Drayson Garage has a wealth of experience and is a family run business. Bill and his son Geoff are a real pleasure to deal with because they are always extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. I have been bringing my car(s) here for years and have always received excellent service. I absolutely love my car, as we all do and I feel totally happy leaving it in the hands of this trusted garage. On occasions I have returned to find the car gleaming inside and out. I totally disagree with the expensive comment below because I think it is more reasonable than some in the area and the service is impeccable. I would seriously recommend Drayson Garage to all and frankly if you haven’t used them before then do because you’ll never use another garage after (I know I wouldn’t).

I have been using Drayson Garage for a period spanning 15 years and it's still the same people running it - a good old-fashioned family business. During this time they have been unfailingly helpful and courteous. They've always been totally honest when it comes to our company cars - telling me what needs to be done essentially and what's not necessary and giving me accurate timescales and estimates that they stick to. I wouldn't trust our cars with anyone else. I can't recommend them enough.

I took my Toyota in to Drayson Garage to investigate a transmission problem. It turns out I needed a new gearbox. The staff were very informative and helpful and explained to me the work which was required. It was carried out very quickly and considering the size of the job I was very impressed with the price. Would definately take my car back there and I would reccommend this garage to anyone.

If you leave your car with these guys, make sure you get congestion charge covered, because they'll happily drive to their bodyshop at another site racking up congestion charges, without telling you. When querying with the garage.."sorry mate, that's down to you". Which means you'll need a crystal ball to work out when the car returns from the bodyshop a few days, to get congestion cover. I am now £120 lighter. They even told me "we told it would be driven to another site". That is completely untrue. There was no mention whatsoever about the car leaving the mews address where it was dropped off the night before.
Unprofessional, dishonest and disgraceful customer service.

Don't go to this garage. So expensive!!!

Its service cost is very expensive which is 90 pounds/hour for labour (exclusive of VAT). I am not satisfied with the MoT and the fixing of some minor problems over. Advise: go to some place else or Hammersmith which charges you 45 pounds/hour.
