I would NOT recommend anyone use this company, they are rude from the time they answer the phone. If it's not bad enough, I have broken down or had an accident, they are rude and unsympathetic.
I certainly wouldn't trust them with a high end car as they don't have respect for people or property. They have damaged Ferarri's, Lamboguini's, BMW's. They even make their staff pay for damages which leads to staff turning on each other playing the blame game.
Maybe if they paid staff properly they would have more respect for other people. And they should train staff better, how to speak to people on the phone and how to transport a car in the correct manner.

I broke down (electrics failed)on the Western Avenue and called Olympic Recovery. Paul came within 20 mins and diagnosed that the fan belt was stretching and old and brittle He managed to find a spare one that fitted, amongst all the spares that he had onboard. He then very kindly followed me for a while because he knew that it would need to be tightened after a bit as it warmed up. He made quite sure that I could drive the rest of the way safely. He was very kind and knowledgeable and the service overall was excellent.

Guy came out to recover my car from Olympic Recovery Assistance - all the car needed was battery charge, but he put the jump leads on the wrong way round and my car horn went off very loudly and the windscreen wipers were going crazy. I now know that this is called reverse polarity and it damages the alternator. He then told me the alternator was damaged and then he said it was too late to take my car to a garage (4.15 on a saturday) and left, leaving my car stuck. Of course I have made a complaint and I will sue the garage for the damage they have done to my car. How can they send out mechanics who have no idea what they are doing?

Response from Peter Gilhooly Director
I am surprised at this review as I contacted Mrs K as soon as soon as she made a complaint,I explained to her that the reason we could not take her car to the local dealer at 4.30 on that Saturday afternoon, was because the dealer was closed and whilst we were happy to recover her car to her chosen destination (from memory it was Norwich) her breakdown company would not cover her for that distance and she would have had to pay to be recovered, she did not want to pay and that is why we had to leave the car where it was. Also it was never proven that we had connected the jump pack wrongly , but even so we paid for what it had cost to have the vehicle investigated and we paid for a fuse.
The main dealler found the problem to be with the battery

My car failed me for the first time in central London last night. Green Flag arranged for Olympic Motoring Assistance to come to tow me home, as they thought the car was unlikely to be fixable. When Dennis from Olympic Motoring Assistance arrived, he was able to diagnose the problem with my steering straight away, and managed to fix it. He was kind, courteous and helpful the whole time.
I was really impressed by the quality of service- thank you very much.

After Driving 10 years, i had my first accident. My car was not moving. My insurance were Not helpful in attending to me and directed me to Olympic. They came in 15 minutes (very quick) And immediately took my car and all i had to do is pay over the phone. The guy made the phone call to his office from his phone and i gave my details and payment was done. I didnt have to wait any longer and i got my car back.
