It’s so nice to get in a dry car since HPM fixed the problem. They noticed other potential issues which they fixed automatically. I and my family would go no where else.

I wish to recommend Highams Park Motors (HPM). In the Christmas holidays they advised me to go to Halfords to have a new battery fitted as they were closed. Halfords said it was too difficult for them. HPM then offered to repair it even though they were closed. They are an efficient and trustworthy garage who always go the extra ‘mile’ for me, my family and friends. Happy customer

Really trustworthy garage, easy communication, right advises and proper problem solver! Brought my X5 with recovery truck, and even they were full of other cars, didn’t send me back! Problem solved quickly and at reasonable cost.

I chose to go to these Chaps to get my car's oil-cooler unit replaced because, they were not only the most friendly and helpful and BEST PRICE LOCALLY, but also seemed to understand the issue with my car better than any other local garage I called.
All-in-all I'd say they're:-
- Very trustworthy,
- Helpful,
- Efficient,
- Fairly priced(both for parts and labour) and most important of all,

Fantastic service, I got the renewal date of my MOT wrong, I thought I had a month left, where in fact I had 3 days left, I called Highams Park Motors, explained the situation, and was asked if I could get the car to them that morning.
My 5-series required a brake fluid change and the micro-filters replacing, also an exhaust test
All the above completed with the new MOT by 5pm at a very reasonable price, I will use this garage in future without hesitation

Highams park motor company is one of those rare places that doesn't try to rip you off if you dont know a thing about cars- how do i know? Ive had them price checked against other garages and they are always the most reasonable and or honest about what needs to be done. V trustworthy.
