Hi, came in and collected my 19 plate dacia duster today. Delt with Ricky from start to collection and found himself and the whole process a dream. Had yet another motability car delivered from Renault croydon and this time was looked after by Ameel at Coulsdon branch. It was a really smooth process although, because of the pandemic, we had to wait for the car to arrive from France. He kept us in touch with progress all the way through and is still on hand to help if we have a problem. Would not go anywhere else and would recommend this branch every time and definitely Ameel.

I would recommend Renault Coulsdon everytime. They have been brilliant over many years for my daughter's motability needs and this year in particular Ameel has been so good. Even sending us a video when the car finally arrived from France and keeping us in touch throughout the whole process. We don't need to look anywhere else for good service.

Had arranged a call with Sam for 10am (had booked time out of my work day) to discuss the purchase of a car from him. An hour and a half later I got a message saying he had been too busy to call. Very disappointing. Will look elsewhere.
