Awful, unbeknown to me I had purchased a complete death trap of a vehicle. Botched MOT and sold a pack of lies. As a dealership, your responsibilities selling a vehicle are as follows;

"Of satisfactory quality - This means it should be of a standard a reasonable person would expect, taking into account factors such as age, value, history, mileage and make.

An old vehicle with high mileage would not be expected to be as good as a newer vehicle with low mileage.

But either should be roadworthy, reliable and in a condition ­consistent with its age and price.

Fit for purpose - This means you must be able to use the vehicle for purposes you would normally expect – including any particular purpose you tell the dealer about before you buy.

As described - The vehicle must match the dealer’s description." Under Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please do avoid if you want to avoid a complete nightmare.

Just bought a lovely Nissan Qashqai was lovely to deal with Jack and Carl who were very friendly, polite and accommodating. The advert was as described and the car looked as the pictures showed if not better. As we came a long distance this made it worth the journey. We done the deal over a Coffee in the office which was nice. I then paid my deposit. A years mot was provided by them and i had the vehicle delivered at my doorstep the next day by Jack. I will definitely be back next year for a upgrade. Highly recommended great service lovely family business. Keep it up!
