If I could give this car dealer -10 I would, what a shambolic service thought I would help local business but never again and would have to do more research before buying anything. I decided I needed to Part ex my diesel car in August and only to be sold a car that shouldn’t even have been on the road at all. The Car water coolant was empty and also the brake failed whilst on my way home with my grandchildren in the car, but only to be told by the owner of the dealer that he would have his mechanic to check this out to rectify the issue bearing in mind this was 4days after picking the car up. I was then given back the car a week after he had his so called inexperienced mechanic to check the issue out. Within 3days of the car given back to me the refused to start in Asda car park for about 45mins before I got someone to get it to start. The irony of it all he then refused to reissue me my money back because I was no longer interested in the death trap of car he sold me.

Avoid at all costs, the owner sold my mum a car that within a few days had issues and then once that was fixed there was issues with the breaks. Wouldn’t give all the money back.
No customer services, never buy from here!!!
