Union Car Parks

Had the most traumatising experience using this car park. I pre-booked a space and when I got there it is was full. Luckily, I found a safe space close to the entrance and parked. The parking attendant ran up and proceeded to tell me that even though the space was available and I had paid that I was unable to park there. His rationale was that cars will not be able to leave the car park if I park in that space (I have several videos of cars leaving the car park with no problem). I explained that I was late for work and will leave the car where it was. As I attempted to leave the car park, the attendant chased me to the gate in an attempt to lock me in the car park and slammed me into the gate (causing my hand to bleed), pulled and pushed me to stop me from leaving. At that point I started filming him as I was terrified for my safety to which he was still following me trying to prevent me from leaving to go to work whilst demanding I give him my car key.

Luckily another car came and the driver distracted the attendant so I was able to get free.

Never again!!
