Telephoned to book a car & was told a car was available from London King's Cross. The person I spoke to was actually very helpful. However, when I got to King's Cross, was told that no cars were available.
I needed to be somewhere the next day and had to drive that night. Staff did not suggest any solutions until we complained - eventually was offered a van instead, not what we wanted and a delay setting off. After my trip I contacted customer services but reply took over a month and only gave token refund of £30. Very poor service & communication!
