Rental agency given wasn't the one I had chosen on their website, and it changed after the booking confirmation. Poor customer service and organisation in the office: everyone looks busy but no one is having a nice word. Car wasn't the one I had chosen as well, they gave me a way too big one. And I had to chase my deposit because I didn't came automatically on my bank account. Never again.
