The worst car wash and interior clean ever !!!
Boot not vacuumed .. rear not vacuumed properly . Dirt left in front .. waste of MONEY !!!

I had used this car wash a number of times previously standard was good. Current staff provide poor standards of cleaning are rude and unprofessional. Prices have increased. A better quality of cleaning using a drive through car wash at a third of the price. Don't use not worth it.

Several years since I have used them but standards and attitude have dropped and cost increased. Probably they are complacent now given they are established.

Looking for somewhere better !!

Clean wasn’t thorough skirts were still dirty finger marks still on car . And £25 !!!!

Used them as my car was quite dirty. Popped across to tesco to get a couple of things thinking it would take them a while. Returned and my car was finished and parked off to the side. I went for the £15 option as the interior was bad. I don't expect a full valet for £15 but at least have no water streaks and upon getting home found that the boot hadn't been hoovered and the mats had been put back in the car wet. I definitely will not be having my car washed here again.

They have washed my car a number of times, and it was ok -- not perfect, but decent enough for the price. Had I done a review until recently I would have given them 4 stars.
However recently they washed my car, after which I immediately got home, and found a big scratch which wasn't there before, with metallic paint flakes next to it which were not washed away. That clearly showed the scratch had just been done at the end of the wash (e.g. while drying/wiping the car, or the pressure washer would have got it all off!). I thus went back to complain, and found their reaction really unprofessional. Basically wouldn't hear any of it, started to list every possible way a car could get scratched, without at any point contemplating the fact that they could have done it by accident -- and given the facts in this case clearly they did.
You will have guessed that they didn't offer anything constructive to resolve this issue. And I am left with a big scratch that I will have to sort at my own cost. Clearly I won't go back there again...

Terrible. Rushed and it doesn't even look like it's clean. Actually tempted to ask for a refund. £15 I just literally gave away for people to sit in my van and act busy.

There were no queues when I got there and yes my car was dirty. I asked for interior as well as exterior. They pulled out my boot liner and washed it and without drying it returned it to the boot after a quick shake - that was going on my boot carpeting. I paid up and went home where I discovered dirty water marks streaking down the rear of my car further investigation revealed similar streaks running from around the door handles. Never has my car been left so bad. In fact I was so embarrassed I wished I had left it dirty. Will not go back. The best car wash was at Homebase Orpington but sadly they are not there any more.

This is the best hand car wash I have used for several years now. They do a proper job, using clean soft cleaning materials, and they make sure they're topped up with proper car shampoo. It's well organised, with plenty of staff, and most of the time, you're in and out of there with a pristine looking car in a very short time. Even though their prices have gone up a pound recently, it's still good value for money, compared to other hand car wash firms, and the recent price rise is the first time they've increased it in many years. I'd recommend the mini-valet clean at £15.

A good team and an efficient service. HOWEVER... the price for an outside (car) wash has recently jumped from £6.00 to £8.00 - an increase of 33.33%!!!
I shall not return.
