Cards Galore

I bought three balloons for my son’s wedding day, on the 9June, from your Richmond shop.

One was a large balloon and the other two were of a smaller size.
When the large balloon was being blown up, it looked like two rockets. Instead of a pair champagne glasses.
I complained, when the large ballon was being inflated that it didn’t look anything
like it was supposed to look on the actual package!! Asked for my money back. Was told , no refund. I argued the point but was told no refund.by I take it the manager, who had then come into the shop I had paid £12.99. The other two balloons cost £5.99 each.
Was so angry I told her to keep the balloon, then realised, I was taking it as I had already paid for them all.

The next day, which was the day of the wedding. The ballon’s had started to go soft!! Especially, the large balloon had really started to deflate even more. By the next morning..
The brides sister throw the large balloon away,..
As it had practically deflated completely.
I feel the balloons had deliberately, not had the full amount of gas put into them, because I had been upset and argued with the assistants…. I have never seen balloons, deflate so quickly, as these ones, I had purchased. They looked awful. I was totally embarrassed, by what should have been a lovely balloon display.
I feel after 2days, this was totally unacceptable.
