The service of this shop is appalling, there is no set refund policy and the owner unfortunately is not a man of his word. According to all statutory rights as long as you have a receipt any item is able to be refunded within 28 days! I even confirmed this by asking the owner at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, after 24 days, I went back to return this item and the owner REFUSED to give a refund. If going back to return an item, can an owner just make up a rule and say he will only exchange due to it not being returned on the same day or the next day? This is unacceptable customer service and extremely unfair ways to treat customers, even the workers had nothing to say that made any sense! How can a shop still be running after such poor service? Who else had such experiences from this shop, in what day and age does a shop not provide a refund within 28 days, unless stated on the receipt? The way this shop is run should be fully investigated as who knows what other rules are being made up when they feel like!!
