Marlow carpets were very helpful in sourcing an excellent carpet, in the right price range, for the common area stairs in my Wandsworth flat. I wanted an attractive carpet that could cope with high usage and that would not be too expensive. They assisted me with the choice of the carpet and the carpet was laid by an excellent fitter, Dave.
We are delighted with the result and I would highly recommend Marlows Carpets.

Consistently good service, responsive, manages expectations well, goes out of his way to look for the best solution to your need. Most recently I was looking for something to put over my wood floors that would not slip around in general and would protect my dog from slipping after hip surgery. Mr Marlow showed me several options, and I was very pleased to find an under carpet that could do the job at a very low cost, Even better, Mr Marlow has offered to sell this at cost to me and to buy back from me any remanants that are usable. He honestly did everthing he could to help me find a solution to my problem. He has my 100% carpet loyalty !

My experience is totally different. We have used Marlows for many years and it is everything a local business should be, friendly, trustworthy, reliable and competitive. I also have friends who come far and wide to use him and have never had anything other than favourable feedback.

Awful customer service.

Marlows failed to deliver me a quote and were incredibly rude when I rang up to query what had happened. I would strongly recommend you use any other carpet shop.
