Amazing work!

I have nothing but positive things to say. Nadia was very efficient and easy to deal with. The fitters were amazing and did not complain when they realised they had to move a piano in a small space. I am extremely happy with the outcome and even paying up front before anything was laid was OK as I paid with Credit Card. Excellent job.

The fitters were extremely courteous and did the job well. On the other hand the office and logistics were appalling. They take all your money before a square meter is fitted so you have absolutely no recourse , if they fail to deliver or be timely. I have been in the building development business for over 35 years and and have never been asked to be paid in full prior to fulfilling a contract and I don't think any client would be inclined to do so even though my credentials are impeccable.
The office treated my job with less consideration than a shipping company. They give you a window of about 3 to 4 hours and even then show up after that. I am a busy man and do not feel when I am paying several thousand pounds for a job , that I should be the one to have to schedule my day around their whims and other jobs. you are a hostage to what they want to do.

I recently had my carpet fitted by B & R carpet company Fulham branch . It was the first time I had bought a carpet and Nadia was very helpful , particularly as I needed the carpet quickly! John came to check the measurements of the room and the carpet was fitted a week later by Sean and Liam who did a brilliant job , with humour and kindness. I am very pleased with the carpet and would definitely use this company again , they are professional, reliable and provide good quality products. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family .
