Excellent carpet service! The two workers did an excellent job replacing our old carpet with a new better quality carpet. They were prompt and finished the job on time. They also disposed of all unnecessary carpet. Very impressed and happy to recommend.

Shocking customer service, owner is rude and disrespectful. No after care when there's an issue. Fitting not great. They will charm you to get your business, then turn rude as soon as money is handed over.

I have sought Hillside Carpets services for many property renovations. I have always received a professional and personal service from the owner Mr Roye Ramphul and other staff. Fitters are consistently punctual, tidy and above all great at their jobs. Anytime I need them, even at short notice, hillside carpets are able to accommodate my requirements.

Attention to details wasn't good enough and some staff was unpleasant to deal with. This wasn't a great experience. I would not use them again.

very happy with the fantastic service we have had .. really liked the idea of taking samples home and to hang on to with no sale pressure we have been to other stores and they have asked for diposits on samples we had none of that at hillside carpets , Pat the estimator has great knowledge of 45 years and the owner was very helpful and polite we even had a cup of coffee bought for us ,,
